Success Secret Sauce

November 27, 2016

Are you ready? Ready for 2016 to close out and 2017 to begin? Yes or no, one should never turn down the recipe for the secret sauce to success. This month’s speaker, JW Rayhons, recipe includes creating momentum while utilizing your strengths to purposefully influence the year to come. During his presentation, Finish Strong; Start Strong, he will explore what drives us to achieve some goals while falling short on others.

Further, as someone who believes ice cream is a necessary part of nutrition, we can’t wait to hear his insights on human capability and how to trigger natural performance enhancing chemicals. And, as they say, the proof is in the pudding. Rayhons received the 2015 Gilbert Business Man of the Year and 2016 Gilbert Chamber Volunteer of the Year. He has also served as chairman of the board for two business organizations representing over 5,500 companies with 200,000 employees and, in 2014, he began serving as chairman of the board for a foundation supporting two hospitals with 589 beds.

Rayhons founded and operates Joshua Development and a financial planning and investment management services firm. Joshua Development’s mission is to help people and organizations reach significant achievements by enhancing and developing the greatness in everyone. They provide customized performance enhancing solutions.

Get ready to become your best self and achieve what you have been striving for, as they say in Rayhons’ favorite movie, Top Gun, “You are the elite, best-of-the-best; we’ll make you better.”
